I can add one that sleeping adequately also adds to weight loss. And sleeping and getting up at the right time as you already mentioned. I used to usually put on weight when I was sleeping less and even when I was eating healthy.

I totally agree with you I have lost over 35 kilos in over 2 years ( had gained that much due to steroids to treat a nerve problem ) but I have followed intermittent since last 2 years and my eating window is from 12pm - 8 pm and now I am very used it , still following it but not losing my last 4 kilos and I also took help from Kinita Kapadia ( the dietician she is a sports nutritionist) so I follow your tips religiously but will still prefer eating from 12 - 8 .❤️🙏

Body needs certain calories.. maintaining deficit helps in weight loss and excess helps weight gain... and thats it... it is irrespective of timing, its all about calories u eat!!! be it 7 pm or 7am...

That is the precise reason why majority of people gain weight that's unhealthy. For eg, a coke zero has less than one calorie, but and Apple has way more. But eating an apple will keep you satiated for much longer, whereas a coke zero will still give you an insulin spike, confusing your body. Besides, health is much more than weight gain and weight loss. ESPECIALLY for women who bear children and put immense stress on their bodies.

Chhavi whatever u explained is very essential things which we have to do for our Health..even I used to do same things when I was fineness instructor..but now after become mommy not possible to take diet on time ..can't wake up on time coz of sleeplessness night ...imp things is after finishing dinner by 7 coz of awaking nights of baby feel hungry n need to take late night food again'..so whole schedule change ....hope u also faced same issue n as per that how u tackle with that situation...pls let us know ....🙏🙏🙏

Can relate to you, I have been trying to set my own cycle by making an effort to complete my chores when the baby is sleeping and I have set my baby feed and sleep timings not to disrupt my schedule.. this is helping me in staying on top of my things.. especially whn I hv to wfh during covid Any help from your parents or husband in initial days would be very important for this.. all the best👍🏻

How are you managing to have breakfast by 7 AM with workouts? In the evening food by 7 PM I usually follow but in morning I getup by 6 to 6:30 and +2 hours for workouts. So usually I manage to have breakfast by 9. Any suggestions??

Hi chhavi! I really like you & a huge fan of SIT I have a question regarding my weight I tried eating by 7 pm every night but I sleep by 10-11 or 1/2 am sometimes so I get hungry again is it okay if I eat coz I can’t fight my hunger 😅

That's wrong dear. If you eat by 7 means u also have to sleep early by 10-11 U can only have plain or haldi milk if u r hungry.. for weight loss it is very important to sleep n wake up at almost fixed time daily.. If you stay awake till 2am, u will never loose weight.

The first rule when you become a mother is to set a routine for your baby, and then yourself. Without a fixed routine for the baby you can't do anything because you can't plan anything. Please watch my video on sleep training the baby

I really like the idea of having dinner by 7pm but the only thing is I m up till late in the nite n I m always concerned about the fact that wat if I feel really hungry by the nite wat should I do then.. I don't want to binge eat den,it's a concern.. I workout everyday even during this lockdown I try to put in my efforts but coz of my 2 yr old I struggle with meal timings..
