Doctor in a similar question on weaknesses, can I say that frequent burnouts due to attempts at perfectionism at work,especially during internship,when I was at a more junior level, was one of my weaknesses but I have worked on it (based on the steps mentioned above) and still am working on it.

Yes, you can say that but when you say this, you need to also tell them what are you doing to overcome this.
