@@IMGsofNHS yes that’s a glowing inspiration for me as I have had a lot of barriers put by professionals in Pakistan discouraging me that I can’t amount to nothing because of this. However, your work and success gives me hope. My stammer is now covert which is worse than being overt as people don’t realize that my speech is different because of covert stammering

I was once asked where do I see myself in 10 years. What is the right answer to this question?

This will depend on your career pathway. You can say things like, I see myself to have achieved CCT in XYZ speciality and providing medical leadership to a service where my focus would be a continuous quality improvement and creating a safe and effective team working environment. I am interested in teaching and I can see myself having an academic role where I am helping to improve the standards of medical education and research activities. Something along those lines and you can bring other qualities here as well which may be to do with mentioning, leadership, team working, education and research.
