You could also just have giant norn sized hands. Makes it easy to reach the keys.

Double tap to dodge is the worst when doing jumping puzzles 😆 You can also bring up the options menu with F11. Love your guides, very clear & to the point!

I turned off double tap to dodge after I tried edging myself across a tiny ledge bit by bit and ended up plummeting off to my doom. In fact I highly recommend turning it off even if you are a new player. It feel much more satisfying to dodge with a separate keybind rather than double tapping a movement key.

i continue to use double tap to dodge just so i don't use up another keybind, but i do have to turn it off for jumping puzzles. the worst is when i then forget to turn dodge back on and get into a hectic fight. just curious, what key are people binding for the dodge? it seems odd to put it on the left hand to me and i don't have another button on my current mouse.

I'd love to learn to move better as a duel pistol Deadeye... I find myself attacking or moving but doing both... ughhhh! I haven't conquered that one yet. TY 4 the great videos! :)

Guys, In combat am I meant to right click on each enemy or press a targeting button??? I am so confused :(

I use to play this many years ago, then I moved over to ESO. I've recently come back and I can't move for shit. I'm so use the ESO movement mechanics which imo are alot better. I'm going to have to take time to edit all the keys because I'm not use to abilities going beyond 5 either

Most people don't know about the "Toggle Action Mode" and that's so infuriating. It changes the whole game! I wish the game either had this on by default or taught early on how to toggle it and made it an easier to press key cause its the best way to both explore and fight in Guild Wars 2.

As basic as this is, it still taught me something: I had strafe bound to Q-E and Dodge to ctrl. No idea what I was thinking :/

I've played a little recently. Not far enough to have much of an opinion just yet tho. Level scaling is pretty weird/interesting

@@CommonTate Yeah, fully active combat with abilities that scale off of your resources rather than pressing 2 and waiting 10 seconds to do it again is pretty nice. I'm glad they stuck with something similar to the single player games. The scaling is something. It's really neat and confusing how they do it. It's some weird invisible math where every player and AI in ESO is scaled to CP160 even though the actual numbers you see might be higher or lower. I like it cause low level can play with max level and it somehow works itself out.

@@CommonTate just saying you already have 2 straifing buttons by default nearby, can use a and d for something else

weapon swap was a fcking huge turnoff atleast if you have to do it 24/7 its not fun at all most trash feature of a mmo ever
