Between waiting for legendary contracts to spawn. waiting for events to spawn, this is turning into a waiting simulator. Not a very engaging grind for this mount. Stuff like this makes it a huge turn off to grind for.

For those who wants a reliable timer, BlishHUD has a module called Event Table that lets you see a timescale of many events that you might be interested in, anything from world bosses to map metas to convergences, and its very customizable and also has a reminder mechanic that can tell you about an event you mightve forgotten about, saved my ass more than once with dragonstorm, got it just before reset one time

It's stupid fucking hard shit like this that made me quit the game.

Just to comment to help others in the future. the Griffon can semi-maintain altitude by using the Flap (spacebar) ability when the Energy bar is around 80%. You can spam space at the half point to see where that 80% is. Using the S key (move backwards) will cause the Griffon to slowly descend.

11:00 if you have griffon you can just climb the tower using griffon and springer, I'm just using his video as to know what maps to go to as I can skip a lot of pathing he does by using the griffon.

Cheesed the end by making friends with a guy who got to the top using a rewinder. I used my many "teleport to friend" to get my self up there, then I used my mesmer teleport to teleport my friends up. Jumped down and got the achievement! your video was a life saver
