It's SO important to make sure that your players are completing each movement with proper form. Watch the boys knees when he is doing the squats, the collapse inward. That is counter productive to the exercise.

There were so many exercises that were not done correctly and if you aren’t targeting certain muscles then you have nothing but a whole bunch of quad exercises, which is not the point here. Soccer the sport is plenty of quad strengthening- all of these exercises should be targeting other muscles! Really disappointing and does nothing to help the athletes! :(

Let me just say I'm playing on a kids team and my coach is making us do this. This is a kids league not some damn Olympics stuff.
