I lived in wedgewood about 8-10 years ago and it’s made me so happy knowing that the general areas I grew up in have been continuing to grow and flourish! I’m 20 now and have plans to move back quite soon and this area looks beautiful! Thank you for this informational presentation

@@theflemmingteamcolumbiasc you mentioned that there were some amenities that were not included in the Wood Creek Farms HOA. As I re-watched the video, I am assuming that there are other communities that you drove past and they have their own HOA amenities. Is that correct? I’m relocating and am very interested in the Elgin area.
