Hello. I'm just diagnosed and SO grateful for your channel! Accessing local services is almost non existent. Please pardon me if you've already addressed this and I haven't yet seen it, but I'm finding even less info in one particular area that is super relevant to me & I'd love to see you do a video for this: post breast cancer/lumpectomy/mastectomy/radiation treatment stretching etc for range of motion and scarring/fibrosis. Even the specialist PT I've been able to see doesn't seem to be able to incorporate things that are effective for this with things that won't aggravate the hEDS. I think what they had me doing might have caused harm or at least not helped me progress and deal with the post treatment side effects. Thank you for allowing me to offer the suggestion. Please don't ever stop doing these videos!

Hi Jeannie, as someone who has hyper mobility at the bear minimum in their knees and an active 21 year old male(weightlifting 3-5s a week calorie deficit majority of the year), how do I deal with their full body tightness? It’s really starting to bug me because I feel like every day it gets worse and worse, not painful but annoying. It is also making it hard to gauge my physique as my whole posture is forward. Great videos.

Every time I bring one of my legs up and hug it, or even if I do leg raises, there is a clunk sound. It’s not painful, but what could it maybe mean?

Best to get a physio to assess it for you. It could be the psoas muscle.
