The Circular one with a Brush, Sickle, and Hammer is the North Korean Monument to Party Founding. The white building to the left of the Statue of Liberty is the White House, though the model looks a little off. Might more resemble what the building did in the mid 20th century.

good news look forward to early start dlc, the cities only if we can build the landmarks itself and where we want will be interseting for a bit more flavour

Agree, early starts will add a completely new dimension to the game.

Have no idea, but currently hoping for a release sometime towards the end of the first quarter 2025. Hopefully may get more detail in future community reports.
