The glaze of Casemiro is crazy. Yes he won a lot. But he was the 3rd best player in a midfield trio that consistently got outplayed by Xavi/Iniesta/Busquets every time they played against each other. He's not close to the best cdm of all time. He's a very good cdm that got paired with a couple of great mids and they had an amazing run together. Also he got away with a lot of stuff just by being a Real Madrid player. His main skill was 'getting away with fouls' and not getting sent off. I guarantee you if he didn't play for Madrid in La Liga he'd have about 30 more red cards in his career.
