Reminds me a bit of the Cero One with the smaller front wheel. I like how some frames have high chainstays so they don’t have to incorporate a split to accommodate a belt drive, like this one does.

Wish we could do side by side comparison with them all, but looks like the Hovcart is more rear cargo focused, where this is front load optimized.
