It’s amazing what the compact 25 hp tractors can do. I use my grapple and brush hog mostly on my L2502. Very pleased with the power and size. You made a big difference in that stretch of ground.

Just looked up the L2502. I didn't know the L2501 got replaced by this. Looks like a great tractor. I wish mine was 3 range.

Sir, be really careful backdragging w/your bucket @ such an acute (90 degrees) angle, because you can bend the pistons on the loader"s hydraulic cylinders very easily. An angle of less than 45 degrees is MUCH safer. Good luck. : )

Looks good as long as you can mow it now! A couple loads of fill dirt to lessen the slope would have been nice if possible.

I think you should try using a ratchet rake on your bucket. They bolt onto your bucket. I love my ratchet rake. It uses the down pressure from the loader arms to push down into the ground as I back drag the rake. It rips brush right down to the soil and also removes a lot of the roots with it. There is usually minimal damage to the soil surface for repair. No need to worry about digging too deep and repairing sections. I know you're regrading this hill, but if you ever have to rip up over growth, check out the rake. Great job on the grading job. Kioti will be my next tractor.

I think you could have cleared all the brush with a brush cutter head on string trimmer. I have a stihl cutter head and it does well with grass up to about 1” saplings.

It's a BXpanded piranha toothbar.
