The Hadith has been weakened by Muslim Scholars. Also there is no indication of calling upon other than Allah or your version of "Tawassul" in the hadith. This just shows that when they opened the grave, Allah made it rain on the Prophets body (PBUH). Please just use Shia sources to prove Shia beliefs, I don't know why you would resort to anything else anyways. Unless you're not confident in your own books.

Salaam Alaykum. Firstly, Tawassul is not a Shia belief. Nor is there a 'your version and our version'. Sayed has shared in the previous episode that Tawassul was widely present in the Islamic world even after Ibn Taymiyyah tried to disregard it. It was only after the advent of Wahhabism that Tawassul as an Islamic concept was disregarded. Here, he has shared only some further examples. We will urge you to watch this chapter from the beginning if you wish to build understanding on it.

Sayed shared a few ahadith where the Prophet teaches his companion to do tawassal to him and another one of his companions decades later refers back to that hadith to do tawassal to the Prophet after he passed away. Directly calling on to the Prophet was taught by himself and practised by his Ahlulbayt and companions.

@@Thaqlain your interpretation of it is your version. Finding ways to Allah is by doing good deeds and giving charity. Not by calling upon people who are not in this world.

It is essential to remember that even Sunni narrations indicate that some of the Companions would go to Hell for what they did after Prophet Muhammad died. Prophet Muhammad said that things like the material signs in the heavens happen because of someone's birth or death. He also taught that no one should have a gravestone longer than the diagonal of the hand. The existence of means of drawing near is most known by believing and practicing the teachings of the Prophets and the best understandings of them. People intercede for others, but Islam says we should call on God alone and not do things out of worshiping others, but Islam is not a religion to get violent over differences in opinions. Ibn `Abdul Wahhab's followers are not Wahabi. They are Unitarians and never has the Saudi Kingdoms been true followers of him. Islam makes clear that those who pray to angels, prophets, and other creations do not get rewarded with acceptable intercession.

Yes they do! Quran surah Al.Baqra, Ayat Al.Kursi Allah says "Who is it that can intercede without his permissiin. What about Allah saying to Ibless to bow to Adam, Meaning here Ibless has to go through Adam to get to Allah. In Bukhari inteercession is mentioned. Go and read your books of ahadeeth. Again the shia are right.

1) ibn Wahab followers are like the simpleton brain dead wahabbi they are named. They can't even reconcile the Quranic verses which allow intercession. 2) Ibn Wahab was takfiri murderer. Anyone who reads history then doesn't realise how messed up he was you can't ever reason with them. 3) Intercession was accepted by classical sunni scholars. Muslims never had an issue with it until Ibn Tamiyyah in the 7th century and his takfiri like later i.e. Ibn Wahhab 4) Previous videos have evidenced clear cut intercession in the Quran and hadiths by all schools except wahabbi/salafi 5) intercession isn't worshipping others than Allsh (swt) that is the brain dead accusation of simpletons who can't grasp the Quran and nuances of islam
