I have not done one specifically on this (but thought I had), so I will circle back to it in the future - but this one should shed some light on the process. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gJ3PfmSelNSJgLM

Hi, thanks for your presentation video. How did you create the "Long Stock" Visualizer? I can't seem to find it in any of the build list in OptionStrat :)

Pull up any "Build" position (like a long call) and then under the +ADD you have the option to add the underlying stock either long or short.

Thanks for the great video. I’ve been using the wheel strategy as a way to generate some income. I go out beyond a month more like 3 months as the premium is higher. Do you agree with that approach?

It really boils down to how active you want to be and how often you want to trade. In most cases, I think you will find that if you sold a weekly put, you would essentially be able to sell 12 of them in that three month window and the 12 of them would likely equate to much more than what you are getting by selling one three months out, but of course it is a much more active process with 11 more trades and commissions.

Great, thanks! I’ll try that next time. What about selling covered calls that are 1 or 2 years out? I sold some on Tesla and am regretting coz I think it will reach the target price of $300 prior to expiration. Although there was a pullback recently. What do you think?
