I've tried both in person also. Freshlook have a HARD edge and look fake as HELL to me. Air optix look natural and no one can ever tell they're not my real eyes. Plus they're alot less scratchy than freshlook. That's why they're WAY more expensive

Ava Sinistra what color do you wear? I’ve had the gray and green. They were okay. The green looked really natural. It was a more subtle look. Added a bit of color and a glow. I just ordered the pure hazel. I see a lot of people raving about them.

they're literally the same, but the Air Optix ones are made of silicone hydrogel :) I used to use the Freshlook ones but my eyes were so dry that I had to start wearing hydrogel lenses

I’m so happy I saw this video. My skin is lighter than yours and I just got the gemstone green and I felt like it looked so bright on me. I guess it’s because I had never seen them on myself before now. I see them with your skin color and it looks so beautiful. I will be honest. I’ve worn the Air Optix colors just in a different color for a long time now. I now have the freshlook. I notice that the freshlook is dryer than Air Optix. I’m probably gonna use these for a while sense I spent my money on them and when I’m ready to purchase another pair I’ll get the Air Optix

They should be almost identical bc the color on air optix is by fresh look and the actual contact is by air optix, that's why the box says air optix colors with the fresh look logo to the right

Funnily enough, the air optix is lighter to make the contacts lighter to feel like you're not wearing any. I studied color theory for 3 years and would always by fresh looks and decided to try they're air optic when I noticed that my eyes were a slight lighter than usual. Since my brother works for the labs of air optix/freshlook, he explained to me that they try to match it as much as possible but the air optix are indeed slightly lighter in color.

They are different trust me lol i had the air optix in one eye snd the fresh look in other as i thought they were same and my freshlook ripped i used it and a couple people said i had two diffrent contacts in.

Both lenses are from the same manufacturer and they are the same colour exactly the same colour. The only difference between these two lenses are the material used so not sure why people keep doing comparison videos on the colour of these two lenses

yeah, so I have this issue with Freshlook but not Air Optics. Additionally, my natural eye is a hazel green. With the GEMSTONE Air Optics, there isn't any difference, NONE, with the Freshlook my eyes Def look green. So, yeah

One would think that after so many years in business these two companies would have improved the opacity, pixelation and pupil hole. You look better with your natural browns as these look super fake and bug-eyed.

Well damn, tell her how you really feel lol, ha ha ha. I like her with her green eyes though. I wear the air optix gemstone green and I get asked all the time are those my real eyes. So I really think it just depends on your skin tone and how they blend. That's just my honest opinion.

I was not trying to be mean AT ALL. I’m just a very straight up person. I had the bug eyed contacts myself and did so much research. I never inherited my dad’s green eyes so I buy them. SOLOTICA now has a line called AQUARELLA and I swear the greens are AMAZING. The pupil hole has a subtle sunburst effect and instead of the lenses being one solid color it’s a blend of variations to blend in with the pupil. Check those out. They are great! And sorry I’m so blunt. That’s just me. 🤗

I've never noticed much of a difference regarding looks using Air Optix and Freshlook, they always looked the same to me. The difference with these brands is feel. Air optix are hard contacts and Freshlook are soft contacts.

The Air Optix that I just tried are hard at first, but after you put them in the solution overnight they are actually more comfortable for me than Freshlook, which I've been using for more than 10 years now. I noticed the color of Air Optix blends better with my eyes, making them look more natural, but the color is less noticeable on my almost black eyes (so dark, I don't see my pupils with regular daylight) than with Freshlook. 😀
