I feel you on processing the pressure of 'forced socializing' and performing for relatives, oh my goodness. 💜 I have all kinds of feelings about holiday season but I love that now, at the age I am, in the position I'm in, there is zero of that -- I visit my immediate family briefly, but mostly the holiday season is onesie pyjamas, books, and leisurely time off work. It feels freeing I think precisely because of those pressures before. I hope you get to have some restful rejuvenating time off this season!

Performing is exhaaausting! So glad we don't have to put up with that anymore! I also visited family briefly, and then enjoyed quite a quiet rest of the week to myself, plus time off work as well. It really is freeing!! And rejuvenating!
