Comparing Schmincke to Rembrandt Watercolors

I only have a handful of Schmincke and none of rembrandt but I'd love to have a whole set of either brand. Gorgeous looking colors. So glad to see your comparisons.

Yours comparisons are amazing. You have a good quantity of high quality palletes. would you consider maybe making a top 10 or idk any kinda of video saying pros/cons of all brands together? in some regions prices between one brand or another is not so significant and buying only one can be quite investiment for begginers.

i think i previously accidentally subscribed to you from my normal account. lol, subscribing again now ;P the only gripe i have with rembrandt is i feel like the quin rose could be stronger-tinting. i feel like with other brands, the masstone would be darker. i love the rembrandt gold ochre as well! much better than their raw sienna. thank you for another great comparison video!

Honestly, I’ve shied away from saying which ones I would buy in videos because there are lots of factors - I’ve had bad experiences with buying paint sets in the past. I would look at the pigment info of each set and see which ones have the most single pigments in. However, I think I would prefer Rembrandt because they tend to be a bit slower in movement. Hopefully that helps 😊
