Another way you can dynamic colors to auroras is to put a thin glaze of interference colors over your base colors or use duochrome colors. They would go on nicely with your airbrush too

I love this video. I mean I love all your videos and I learn so much from you. But this one was kind of extra special because it gave us a real insight into you as the artist, the person I love it. It feels very natural and organic. Thank you for your inspiration

I don’t use that exact stay wet palette but I do use a Masters Sta-Wet palette for my acrylics and they work great! Just give your paints a good misting before putting the lid on.

stay wet pallets are great, but,, the edges tend to dry out. just spray them often. this is just my way. I hope it's helpful to you. Great work as usual Daniel.

I have been using Iridescent paint for about 2 years now.. Did not try to create the sky like you have, but do like it. Only not always to find, Many buy for their Abstract , pour on paint to their canvas . Did see one artist do the pour on paint, but she created Flowers unlike we see in real life, but was pretty.

In case you haven't already noticed, Hobbycraft have a sale on at the moment with some paint brands that you seem to like reduced. Just now stocked up on a few Pebeo Studio Acrylics for £2 a tube. Love your techniques. Peter.

Another exceptional painting Daniel. Hey I like the look of that wet palette idea. And a secret to share with ya…, artists don’t need to comb their hair just concentrate on the painting lol. 🥰

Hi! From Puerto Rico!! I have to said that I don't like acrylics, but when I see your artwork It's very satisfying and amazing!❤ I was laughing when you said "and I don't know why I add too much details in there, with a small brush... because people they are not going to see it" Well, I would do it too 😂 you are good on details, because you love it! Right? so, you are not alone on this! because I do the same lol😅 beautiful piece! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Really looking forward to this one Daniel , especially with northern lights . Not tried them before and really want to . Also , just about to ask do you have certain colours you mix for mountains ? Then you said "I'm not good at mountains" . . . Oh great !! Neither am I 🙄😂 ok , back to your video to see how you do the mountains 😄

I love the painting already - makes me want to pull out my acrylic paint. I am intrigued of how you have the polar bear reference photo on the large screen next to your painting. Can you tell us more about how you did that please? I gather it is attached to a computer somehow.

Thank you , for showing your " ever wet pallet " SO HOW DO YOU LIKE IT? I have been so frugal using acrylic under coat. Been using air tight carry out food container . It does work, but has indent design bottom, I guess to keep some liquid make the meal soggy if there are noodles or other in the carry out meal Use to LOVE "Rubbermaid ",but they cheapened the lid to be more PLASTIC, and it too does not have a flat bottom..

Truly enjoyed watching this! I am sure interested to know if that wet palette works. I hate it when I’ve mixed a colour and didn’t use enough paint and then it dries and I have to try to get the exact same colour/hue. But am equally as annoyed when I waste excess paint.

Awesome job, love you edit commentary. If anything your uncombed hair just creates more of an artist vibe. Is there specific types of pencil for canvas sketching?

Hey Daniel I wanted to ask you that is it really nessesory to learn professional painting to become an artist?
@mimisart5 ай бұрын
Truthfully, a piece of paper, a degree or diploma is not going to make you an artist. It just means you’ve acquired knowledge and practiced that knowledge. I believe anyone can be an artist, whether you’ve gone to art school or not.
