Thank you for this. I've been looking at short almond and short round. I couldn't decide but think I'll go for the almond since I can file the tip to round easier than filing something else to almond. I also like the tapered square and I could just file the tip of the almond off (they're not really coffin shaped like everyone calls them)Two thumbs up.

I agree completely. A lot of people say the same thing. The medium to me feels like a long. But I got some short ones from The Painted Desert and they fall in between. They are a very nice length.

This was really helpful ..back when I ordered the natural short stiletto, I was wondering if the length that came in the box was indeed actual short stiletto. Now watching your video, I was right in thinking they put the wrong size stiletto nails in the box --the ones they had in the short stiletto is the length of at least a medium or long.

Hi, thanks for a great explanation of the nail sizes and shapes. Do you happen to know the length of the natural short coffins?

Yes, it ranges from 15cm to 21cm long. The 15cm is the size 9 tip and the 21cm is the size 00 tip. If you go to the Apres website and click on the product and slide thru the photos one of them will have a size break down of each tp.

They run a little small. I've had several clients that the biggest size was still to small for them. I have small fingers so they are fine for me. If you would like I can measure the exact cm or mm and let you know??

Can you tell me the length in mm of the coffin medium and long. I can't find this info anywhere! It would really help me make a decision on which ones to buy.

I was really hoping to see the MEDIUM stiletto AND I was really hoping to see you compare the different lengths of the same shapes next to each other so like the short stiletto next to the medium or long stiletto so I could compare whether I would want the short or long of that shape. You didnt really compare you compiled lol Seeing two short nails next to each other doesn’t help me determine whether i like the length of the short or long nail. Lol but thank you still for taking the time to make this video it did help me a little bit XO

I'm sorry that you didn't like the video and I make these in a true effort to try and help people. I made this when I first started working with Apres. I have many more lengths and shapes now. Maybe this calls for a remake of the video?
