Comparing The Medela Sonate and Freestyle Flex

Spot on review with the Freestyle Flex used it for my work pump with my first baby. I’m now looking at the Sonota for my pumping journey coming when #2 arrives

Do you think the Sonota has more powerful suction, then the Luna Motif battery? I'm stuck between the two. I do like Medela parts, I had the old Medela pump in style and I loved the suction and pull, then I upgraded to the Spectra s1, which I loved to the core, and now deciding on Luna Motif or Sonota! I need a powerful suction/ pull. I can't really sit with a vibration!!!! I need a high suction. I know you had both Luna models, battery and plug in. I would love to hear your feedback. Stuck on them both.

I think the sonata is more powerful. It also offers a bit more because of the interface :)

Are they both Smart pumps? I have seen that the sonata is a smart pump with the app, is the freestyle flex as well with access to the same app?

I could you make a comparison of the momcozy S12 and the one you have? I bought the S12 and ithe message mode hurts but not the expression. I was basically wondering if it's less strong then the S12.

Is the top heaviness of the parts really as bad as it seems? I’d be so worried about spilling!

It’s not! The older sonata parts were really heavy. But these aren’t.

How long does the sonata take to charge? If you’re using it while it’s plugged in

Is it possible to hack the freestyle flex to use it with the legendairy milk cups?

Yes! Just cut the yellow connectors off :) and it should be able to connect to other backflows or pumps

Can I use the personal fit flex connectors with the sonata?
