I have a Resmed F10 full face mask. Can I replace it with the F20 mask using the same hose and machine?

I need to replace the elbow on my Quattro Air, is there a replacement part being sold, I have seen a couple for F20 elbows being sold on Amazon, but no great reviews. Or do I need to replace the whole mask?

I got a new F30 in last month or so. I didn't like the fitting. Sometimes, I can't breathe thru my noise and it is easy to come off. I got used to the full face mask. I probably request a F20 with Airtouch to compare.

I'm a nose breather 7ntil I fall asleep and have problem breathing through my nose with this mask. I also have problems with air leaks and the magnets pulling apart.

Did Resmed discontinue the F20??? If so, does the F20 velcro headset work on the F30(in case I have to now order the F30 mask?) Thanks!

It’s just me 87 not officially. I haven’t actually seen if it works. I generally recommend using the appropriate headgear for the appropriate mask.

1timby I don’t actually use CPAP... reports are that it seems to seal fine with a beard.

Does anyone know how to make the the connection between the mask (Hard plastic tubing) and tube (Loose Rubber tube connection) tighter? I have the Airfit F20 Full Face Mask and the Climate line air, and the connection is soo loose, it disconnects almost evey night. The design is terrible (especially for the lrice you pay for them).

Typically anything with magnets will just pull off easily, whereas the F10 uses hooks. Are there any retention issues with the straps pulling off of the F20?

How long do the F20 mask last? You know it's a money grab when the F20 Mask don't fit in the F20 frame. I guess as soon as you put medical on the label the price triples and changes be reasonable, it's all or nothing. People I know hate the magnetic attachments as they come undone when you move around in your sleep. I just ordered a replacement for my F10 mask, I replaced the straps two years ago , the frame is still great, the mask is almost 8 years old and silicone is just starting to separate from the plastic. A few years ago I converted a 3M 6200 Half-Face Respirator for my buddy, who only got a nose mask with his machine. He loves it.

I have been using the F30 for about a month and the way it sits under my nose I get leaks very easily. If you move or roll over you lose the air seal. I don’t like it. I think I’m going to switch to f20.

Ultimately I reckon the p10… But otherwise try the f20’s… the AirTouch apparently designed to help. I’ve found trial and error the best. Different beards, different solutions.

Memory foam folds under the silicon when used and is useless! It's a ploy, a gimmick. I've been using the memory foam masks for over six months and it's useless. I wake up with marks on my face from the silicon and the hard plastic. Memory foam needs a firm base to work which is not provided by the silicon or the hard plastic. I've now got permanent wrinkles between my eyebrows because of the hard plastic that goes over my nose. I have a beard and the memory foam mask is Air leak city. Bummer
