Are modifiers going to be mandatory if your matchmaking? If I'm not playing with modifiers and i join a group that is will i have too also? And is it going to limit who you play with, like join a team with same modifiers only? That would make the matchmake pool even smaller

I'm not playing with those dumb range modifiers. I'll just solo stuff or only accept people into my group rather than join randoms. This range crap is way worse than seasonal characters.

You should do this testings against red imortal. Doing it against Elite will cause this issue often.

BTW, Heartbreaker was in a good spot?! It was doing A LOT more damage than Striker's, while also giving extra armor, and it was ok...?! I would say that it should remain as it is in live game, at 1%, but I guess 1.1% is not that bad...

@@djtickle yes. I'm watching the HB vs Striker's niw, and I agree. 2 stacks lost for second is to much. BTW, who ever said that comparing Heartbreaker to Striker's, using the Heartbreaker Chest is "wrong", that/those "person"/people is/are brain dead idiots! The all point of comparing Striker's to Heartbreaker is to compare Striker's with Backpack and Heartbreaker with Chest!

​@djtickle Losing the stacks is supposed to be part of the playstyle of HB, tho. In their minds, youre supposed to build stacks, use bonus armor to be more face-tanky, reset stacks to rebuild bonus armor. Id never play HB that way, id use momento to gain the survivability back, but still...the above is how I think they want it played /shrug Lol idk, complete speculation 😂

Id ask you to test Mosquito with a similar build i have, but you wont want to farm out the items. But, if you could still test it with any build of your choosing, thatd be swell👍 thanks in advance if you do choose to test it, if you dont..well...boooo on you lol

Devs think we are dumb or something. They're taking away 10% to give back 10% using seasonal mods against drawbacks of mobs buffs. It's like they're just buffing the mobs and doing nothing more. Well, actually giving zero fks to our expertise grinding. 😂😂😂

🫡 I'm everyday Solo PVE, so, I'll never use the Strikers bp over Momemto or Belstone/Palisade Bloodsucker. That's what my Chameleon and Glass Cannon is for 😅 Remember full Momemto buff and full Chameleon chest buff (10 less bullets needed 👍) that's 8 red cores of power! 🤣 Nothing is stronger. Go try to beat it 👍

Agreed that 10% is an extra min or 2 on missions and potentially more when playing in the open world.

Strikers, Elmo, oreo is trash. DMR are so strong that the right build makes strikers obsolete. 😂😂

if it's insignificant why nerf? glad you asked. because balance is a red herring. the community accepted it and youtubers are propagating this false narrative. if strikers needed to be nerfed and 5.6% is insignificant than those too narratives contradict each other. the real truth is that changing the meta is a game devs trick to make you forget you've been playing the same missions and open world events for 6 years. Division 2 has never been "balanced" Division 1 has never been balanced. Massive has never solved enemy scaling. Seasons 2.0 has been delayed and i'm sure then next DLC will be delayed further. changing the meta is a cheap way to add "content"

🫡 Sup, I think it should be noted that the Glass Cannon number is the first bullet to the last bullet. Strikers max is stacked and lost. Time to kill is massively influenced by stacking vs not stacking.

Yeah its why I put GC on for testing, its just on dont have to worry about it.
