Teeny bit off topic, but you brought it up. So speaking of the other towers where you can get a private elevator foyer, what's the issue with the 3rd floor of Park Towers? There are not many units for sale, but units 303, 305, 306, and 308 are all on the market. And I only see 3 others for sale. So 4 of the 7 are third floor. Totally coincidence, or is life on the third floor unbearable?

Turnberry Tower: There are 8 unit per floor in each building. Each elevator shaft serves either odd or even (so one serves unit 4 odds, the other serves 4 evens …. But 8 units total on each floor)
