@NathalyPolanco-ko9or6 ай бұрын
You can start by taking a deep breath and letting it out, look at the personas eyes for a few seconds......Say Hi, Hey, or Hello.... That's the most simple way and basic way to start a conversation. After that you can say, "how are you"? If they say good, say I'm happy to hear that. If they say not good, ask "what's wrong"? Starting is the hardest part sometimes. Be curious, say hi, ask people questions and compliment them, and be respectful. That's the best way to make friends and be social. Controlling your breathing is key and giving people their space, not talking too loud or too low, and don't touch people you don't know lol.

0:51 trichotillmania is right now what im dealing with. its very hard. first you start pulling hair out. once you see how many hair you have pulled out. your fucked up. (as long as you dont live with mom or dad) you have to be very strong and think about it once you have pulled 2 or 3 out. i hope it goes away :( this thing is not a funny thing to joke about.

As they do in every other video on their channel. It’s misleading and harmful.
