I own a 95 Roadmaster. Love so many things about it(26 mpg being one of the top ones) but I love watching drivers of jacked up Silverados jump when they decide they want to pick a horn battle with me.

D, F, A and C - same as certain similar vintage Cadillacs. Usually in decent shape when pulling them out of wrecked Park Avenues as well, as the fender and hood usually protects them from the elements.

My vote is for the buick-- but just for sound of horn. In terms of shape, Lincoln wins hands down.

The Buick naturally sounds better because it's a 4 note horn. Pretty sure Lincoln's was only 3 note.

I always thought the Buicks and Cadillacs with the 3 and 4 note horn sounded like tugboats. Any of the "aero" B bodies I've had were self retro-fitted with all four Cadillac horn notes (F,A,D,&,C) because the fenders have two mounting holes punched in each fender even if they are equipped with the 2 note horn.

I have a classic 88 Lincoln town car, alway have been disappointed in the normal horn, currently shopping for a Better horn upgrade, Thanks for the comparison. I Might just add the roadmaster to my lincoln's stock horn and see what the mix sounds like. DO you know of any reason why i shouldnt??

Old Lincoln on streets of Springdale AR, a Tahoe …: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pGaWg2t8ntGWnrs I got behind this old Lincoln. It was from Colorado and had sat for 20 years. The guy was selling it for $2000. The padded roof had rotted off, but the car had zero rust.
