A 5 minute guided mindfulness meditation focusing on self compassion. We know techniques like lovingkindness (focusing on specific tools that increase love for ourselves and others) and focused mindfulness techniques like breath awareness and body awareness go hand in hand. We need to have love for ourselves as well as concentration tools.
This one is a great relaxing practice. Recommended to do lying down, or seated. Be calm, kind and loving to yourself. Its the best way to help ourselves and others in life.

Making Mindfulness Accessible
Sue started her path to mindfulness in 1985. She did professional training with Jon Kabat-Zinn, founder of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and has since then taught over a thousand people in a wide range of communities. Autism, Caregivers, the Cancer Community, Education Settings are all places Sue loves supporting the path of accessible Mindfulness.
