Don't get me wrong, I like Gordon Ramsey. But just an observation, There's nothing I enjoy more than watching Vikas Khanna & Gordon Ramsey work together. It is amazing & amusing to see these 2 diametrically opposite personalities work together. Khanna seems to be such a calming influence on Gordon, Gordon is so calm, & pleasant when with Khanna. Watch some of the videos of them working together. They are really interesting.
