I can't speak from a medical perspective but IT wise, they include industry recognized certifications and are regionally accredited.

According to Google, from the WGU Website.. "The bachelor's and master's nursing degree programs at WGU are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education. Western Governors University is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU)." I know nothing about Nursing, so I don't know if that is good or anything, just did a quick search because I was curious also! Hope that helps!
