It's sad that in our generation, more often than not, this validation thing has taken too much space that we no longer believe we can do best without someone actually approving it. The same thing is killing relationships, dreams, ambitions and above all, purpose. Thanks Nyawira

To me, average is basically doing slightly above my ability but slightly below my potential. Attaining my average performance has nothing to do with what another person has scored. We all have different degrees of potentiality.

Reading EGO IS THE ENEMY by RYAN HOLIDAY, I find it very relatable with today's video. Most times the ego makes me feel I am better than someone else, & in most part, with such thinking, I find I that am actually losing it slowly. Nowadays, I make sure I do my best coz I set the standard for myself.
