@@ardel-4964 I don't think it's mistimed, but rather genuinely forgot. They were probably feeling hyped and went to the most optimal option for their team. It sucks but it already happened so it can't be helped.

Yeah I mean you can almost be certain what the comms were. BB probably was asking "does azir have TP? I can come if no TP" and someone under the stress of the situation just said "no TP no TP" and so he went with his teammates call. There's no other explanation why he took the portal. They probably called no Azir TP in a snap call and were wrong and so it looked silly that he didn't clear the wave first.

I think they thought that if Faker had TP, he would TP immediately when he respawned, while his teamate were attacking G2 Nexus. Faker didn't TP that time, so they thought he didn't have TP

Ngl the LS clip really does just highlight my issue with his approach and even his style on streaming. Game was still on, G2 showed it was still winnable, and guy missed the entire nexus defense in real time to rewind and harp on tiny mistakes. It's fine if you want to do that, but as we saw, it wasn't even anything to do with that skirmish that had actual bearing on the ending of the game. He just assumed it was over then and there and the only thing saving him from his own foot in his mouth was G2 neglecting the top lane wave/not timing enemy TP.

I'm not the biggest fan of his and I rarely watch him costream, since I have much of the same problems with his costreams, but it seemed very unlikely that G2 would be able to stop T1, so I can understand why he chose to analyse a prior situation. Also there's still a lot of people watching him, so clearly some people are enjoying his style and there's still other costreamers for us to watch.

I'm 99% sure it's neither of their faults. Just from their player movements ingame you can tell the comms were probably something like: BB: does azir have TP? I can help baron rush into drag if no azir TP for top wave. Teammate: No TP no TP and then BB takes the portal. Mikyx was walking towards dragon which further suggests this theory is correct. He was walking towards drag to try and deny or at least slow down azir from taking dragon while his team rotates over from doing baron which is smart given the situation. If Azir has no TP there then his only play is to try and sneak dragon while enemy team does baron.

@@YuYuYuna_ They probably gave misinfo. Azir was sieging top tier 2 and and appeared behind Urgot who was sieging bot tier 2. That should be a clear indicator that Azir tp'd bot looking for a play. He had no cdr boots nor cosmic insight so the tp timer should've been clear

Why are people saying it's luck for Faker TP? It's clearly G2 mistake and T1 observation. That wave was the linchpin that made the game. G2 should've cleared it first, but instead it gave vision for T1 with the hex portal. Seeing 1 or 2, Faker attempts to walk there instead. But the moment BB took portal, the TP was instant. T1 capitalized on their mistake. And they properly lost because of it
