I just moved to Italy and before I came I heard people will yell at you if they see you not using gloves. I honestly don't see the point in wearing the gloves when you go home and wash everything anyway and it's been all over before it ends up in a grocery store.

The point is not what you do with your salad but who touches it, comes out and then leaves it there. Would you buy the salad touched by someone who went to the bathroom and didn't wash his hands?​@@tamaraYvonne02

Lidl, Aldi and Kaufland are quite cheap. They often have various discounts, so we shop there most of the time
