It helps me remember the dissimilarity between complaint and a piece of facts. The knowledge is a written allegation, while the complaint is a sworn written document. I was able to comprehend the lesson quickly because you addressed it thoroughly, that's the difference between complaint and information.

Thank you for this fascinating discussion, Atty.! Here's what I've discovered: LESSON 15: What exactly is a complaint? -It is a sworn written statement charging a person with an offense, signed by the offended party, any peace officer, or other public officer charged with enforcing the law that has been violated. What exactly is information? -It is a written accusation charging a person with a crime, signed by the prosecutor and filed with the court. When is a complaint or piece of information enough? -It is adequate if it states the following: a. name of the accused; b. designation of the offense given by the statute; c. acts or omissions complained of as constituting the offense; d. name of the offended party; e. approximate date of the commission of the offense; and f. place where the offense was committed.

Good day Atty! This video helped me identify the difference between Complaint and Information. A Complaint is a sworn written statement charging a person with a offense and it can be subscribed by the offended party, any peace officer or public officer who is charged with the enforcement of the law violated while Information is the accusation in writing charging a person with an offense and it is subscribed by the prosecutor and filed with the court. In other words, the complaint is filed by the offended party, peace officer or any public officer while Information is filed by the prosecutor in the court. Another thing is the sufficiency of a complaint or information. The complaint or information might be dismissed if it lacks on facts. Thank you Atty!

Information is an accusation in writing charging a person with an offense, subscribed by the prosecutor and filed with the court. Complaint or information sufficient is sufficient if it states the following: name of the accused; b. designation of the offense given by the statute; c. acts or omissions complained of as constituting the offense; d. name of the offended party; e. approximate date of the commission of the offense; and f. place where the offense was committed.

Good morning Attorney!! Maraming Salamat Attorney, God bless!!

Good day atty. Good day Atty. I've learn about the complaint na pwede kang mag sampa ng kaso, o reklamo na isasampa mo sa tao, o mga tao na pwedeng mag sampa ng kaso, police mismo ang pwedeng imbestigador, na pwedeng subscribed ng offended party, peace officer, or other public officer charged with the enforcement of the law violated, kaya ang police ay pwedeng mag sampa ng kaso kahit hindi siya kapamilya nung naging biktima dahil iyon ay public crime, kaya pwede mag sampa ng kaso ang alagad ng batas. About the Information ay accusation in writing charging a person with an offense, at ang nag susubscribed ay ang public prosecutor, kung sa complaint ay tatlo pero sa Information ay isa lang at pina filed sa court. Kailangan natin malaman kung sapat na ba ang complaint at ang information dahil kapag kulang ang complaint at ang information pwedeng i dismiss yan, kaya kailangan kumpleto, para maging kumpleto ang sufficient, name of the accused, designation of the offense given by the statute, acts or omissions conplained of as contituting the offense, i kkwento mo kung anong nangyare, namenof the offended party, kailangan ilagay mo yung pangalan nung inirereklamo, at pangalan ng nag rereklamo, approximate date of the commission of the offense, and place where the offense was commited #AralMunaBagoWalwal #EacCaviteCriminology

Good day, Atty! for the recap: A complaint is a sworn written statement subscribed by offender party, any peace officer, or other public officer charged with the violated law and can be filed directly to the prosecution (from law enforcement to prosecution) while the Information is only subscribed by the public prosecutor, therefore, it will be filed with the court. Additionally, we can say that the Complaint/Information is sufficient when (a) the name of the accused is stated (b) it has the designation of the offense (c) acts/omissions complained (d) name of the offended party is written (e) approximate date and lastly (f) the place where the crime was committed is included. Good day Atty. Thank you for this lesson!Complaint vs information - is a sworn declaration accusing someone of committing a crime, signed by the offended party, any peace officer or public officer who can file the case against the persons who broke the law. The Information, on the other hand, is a formal criminal charge against an accused individual that is signed by the prosecutor and submitted with the court by the public prosecutor or the fiscal. The following should be stated in order for the complaint and information to be sufficient: - The accused's and the victim's or injured party's names -State the location, date, and time when the offense was committed, as well as any other pertinent information about the conduct or commission of the infraction. #JusticeBuddy #EACSchoolOfCriminology

Thank you attorney for discussing the difference between complaint and information. Complaint is defined as a sworn written statement subscribed by the offended party or any peace officer charging a person with an offense. A complaint can be filed from law enforcement pillar to the prosecution but based on the last videos that I have watched, you can file a complaint directly to the court if the case is punishable below 4 years, 2 months and 1 day (under Rule 110 Section 1, 2nd paragraph). On the other hand, information is the written accusation charging a person with an offense, unlike the complaint, information is subscribed by a prosecutor and filed with the court. From prosecution pillar, the information may now be directly filed in the court. A complaint and information is sufficient if it states the name of the accused, designation of the offense given by the statute, the acts or omissions complained, the name of the offended party, the exact date of the commission of the offense and the place where the offense was committed. I have learned a lot from this video, thank you atty!

lesson 15: Complaint vs Information Good Afternoon, Atty! Thank you for today's fantastic teachings, as we will learn more about Information and Complaint. Information vs. Complaint - is a sworn declaration charging a person with an infraction that is signed by the aggrieved party, any peace officer or public officer who can file a case against the persons who violated. While the Information is a formal criminal charge submitted by the public prosecutor or the fiscal against an accused individual, it is signed by the prosecutor and filed by the public prosecutor or the fiscal inside the court. The following should be stated in order for the complaint and information to be sufficient: - The accused's and the victim's or injured party's names -the place, date, and time when the offense was committed, as well as all relevant facts concerning the acts or commission of the offense, should be disclosed. When is a complaint or piece of information enough? -It is adequate if it mentions the following: a. the accused's name; b. The statute's designation of the offense; c. acts or omissions alleged to constitute the crime; d. the insulted party's name; e. the approximate date of the offense's commission; and f. the location where the offense was committed
