You are totally right he advertising but here in KZbin already you can get the best workout ever just need to follow your body reaction by the time and you can get really in a very good shape with him. Just remember everybody is different and need time and dedication.

My uncle was diagnosed with MND; they've given him inside 5 years. He's been like a father to me. From today, every workout is dedicated to him, celebrating movement. This workout combined with fasting is showing amazing results results for me, its unreal how my body is gaing muscle week in week out im also doing basic resistance training but my results are completly down to chris's workout and for that i thank you chris 💪 👍

running is the best you can sprint to get the heart rate up as well and incorporate some exercises when running like lunges or even push-ups, or anything tbh.

I dont even have access to treadmill rn and the weather here is not very welcoming for runners Might as well start doing this routine instead Thx Chris 👌🤩

Here we go another Sunday workout!!!! These workouts keep me going! I do that treadmill abs workout the 15 rounds, man became my favorite! going to add this as well! Btw deadlifting superset to muscle ups at the gym makes you a god thanks Chris for all the muscle up tutorials

So I started doing this workout every Tuesday and Thursday to replace a 20 minute jog. Just finished my 3rd day...for all the newbies....I'm no pro at it yet still stop or go slow, but it gets easier as you keep going. Big difference from my day 1!!!

@@MooMoo69556 I was doing 2 round’s consistently until November. Unfortunately I herniated my l4-5 disc on November 2nd deadlifting like a dumb fuck and had a setback still to this day 😔

Hell yea Chris, this workout was great! Definitely won’t be the last time I use it. Its awesome how you integrate different exercises so people can work at their own pace while still getting a solid workout.
