Very nice work! Question however, the intaglio surface is ridge lapped and concave. How do you modify that to allow access to daily hygiene. I find this always an issue in design and difficult to maintain nice buffalo confocal contours. Thanks

I don't know what steps you did before so its hard to diagnose. A common problem with 3Shape is when the deviation of angles of screw holes is greater than 25 Degrees.
