It is very clear sir, thank you. I have a question regarding the arrangement of the coils. How can we place conductor 1 at top position on its slot because we have to start with one complete coil so places of its conductors will be bottom and bottom. Do we make exception for first coil ? Please someone correct me. In this video, Starting at 11:45 , Sir said that for Simplex winding Yw=+2. Shouldn't it be equal to 2 only for duplex lap winding and not for simplex? Isn't Yw=1 for simplex lap winding? Please someone elaborate. Thanks

Dear Asif, its simplex but double layer with two conductors per slot. So Yw= 2. I think you have not watched the part-1. Do watch part1 for better clarity.
