It is part of the Schwalbenheim IFV pack, which costs 1000 Robux. Currently, (I don't know if they're planning to add more), the pack includes two IFVs: the PUMA and the Kf41. There is also a Hawk Republic IFV pack that adds the Kurganets and T15 Armata. Also for 1000 Robux. No, you cannot buy the IFVs separately.
