@rcnumbers35624 жыл бұрын
@@ranaakhogyani2351 what i often do is to start off with removing every object in the car that i can easily remove without tools (papers, trash, floor mats etc.). Then i start vacuuming the floor and scrubbing the dirt that's stuck in the carpet with a vacuum and a brush. Really take your time with it. I do the exact same for the seats. Allthough i wouldnt scrub leather seats. Instead i use leather wipes that moisturize the leather. If u have stains in your seats or floor i would suggest using a steam cleaner but there are many ways to remove stains easily, just check on youtube. For the dashboard, door panels and center console i would use APC and some microfibre towels and a small brush. If there are scratches on the textured plastic parts, you can remove them using a heatgun (there are videos on youtube about them). Finally for the windows, i recommend using a waffle weave window towel and window cleaner. Most of these tools are rather easy to find and you can find them for cheap as well. To be honest, if you regularly clean your car inside and out and take goof care of it. You will never have to see a detailer like this in your life.

Davy Arthurs seriously, me and my friend bought the same exact model car from 2018 and I got mine a month before he got his and mine looks brand new still and his looks like a homeless person has moved in. I’ve been getting him to be better about cleaning up his car but he has a long ways to go, he just simply doesn’t care. I’m like how the fuck do you get any girls to get in your car when your seats have crumbs and trash everywhere and sticky shit all over the center console. I’ll never understand why people let their cars get this bad. The worst my car ever got was between the last 6 months, I had like 7 cups in my car the blender bottle ones with just water, some mail a shirt, towel and gloves. My dash was a bit dusty but that’s the worse state my cars have ever gotten. Plus it feels so amazing when your cars clean inside and out and feels brand new again. That’s probably one of my favorite things is getting in my car for a drive after cleaning her up again. Feels like the day I got her and that makes me happy.

I've priced out several, and when they get up into the $1k range, you're dealing with ceramic coatings and paint repair. Most full interior details cost like $200 max. Pricing above that is for full interior & exterior details. For huge or especially dirty vehicles, it costs more, and if you get lots of exterior paint work, it can get expensive really fast.

Gotta say, stumbled upon detailing, and think it is my new most satisfying videos type now. Thanks, man, great job.

When you soak the rear bench seat on the table it looks like the water goes right through the seat. Does it? Always wondered about wetting the seats too much.

As far as the $900+ dollars for a full detail, that's pretty reasonable for the Columbus area. Especially if you're in the Dublin or Upper Arlington area. They've got more money than they know what to do with. My grandma lived in Upper Arlington for 40+ years until she died a couple months ago. I live in Athens County and the full details around here are around $150. So it just depends on where you live really

Am I the only one who was confused because at 1st glance I thought the seats were leather?

No way would leather ever stain as bad as that. Definitely cloth from the outset.

Best detail video I've seen today (the 4th one so far) you have the most tools and expensive setup. By far the most professional and by far the most EXPENSIVE service lol. Almost 1000?? I might stay detailing

Hey finally someone here. I am trying to do my own detail to my Elantra SE. The dealer did a terrible job cleaning this out. So the seats and floor are trashed. My floor looks just like that trashed. I've been using "Love my carpet foaming spray" & "Rug Doctor fabric upholstery spray" It is getting most of the dirt out but it's not deep down dirt.
