Lauren, I’ve also been in a funk and my house has suffered from it. My Grandpa passed away 3 weeks ago and now I can’t even find my clothes to get dressed because the laundry is just piled wherever. Basically been washing clothes and dishes and that’s IT. Nothing has been put away or picked up. But I wanted to try and tackle the laundry today but needed some motivation and I couldn’t believe it when you said your house was messy from being in a funk lol thank you for being so real! This clean with me was so motivating, as usual!

With. Kids you clean 24\7 i have 3 boys of course they are older know so they help pick up know but im still cleaning 3 times a day. Nice vacuum that's 👌 that's cute idea in the wall very pretty. Yes i love ikea my new table is from ikea every piece of furniture i own is from ikea. Nice a lot of comfy space for him to sleep😊 yes that's so pretty and clean so satisfying. Great job mama.

Don't feel bad about getting in a slump. I think that people who are primary caretakers, whether its kids, older parents, or pets, can really feel overwhelmed and underappreciated. Even when partners are supportive the job is still mostly up to you. Especially because of the quarantine people who are not normally depressed are getting in a funk. Give yourself grace! 💕 Shark makes great stuff!

Listen everyone goes through something at one point in our lives. I was the same way for a few months after my sister in law was murdered and my one year old niece is still missing since December 2019. I go through my moments around the anniversary and I one those days I go for a walk to clear my mind. It’s been such a roller coaster and nightmare for my family and myself and I find going for a walk with my ear pods in blasting music in my ears helps to clear my mind and to destress.
