Sweet Amy - Your Texas grandma friend here. I just returned from going on a trip with my two daughters. We went to spend the weekend with my granddaughter at college. She loved staying with us at the hotel and being fed. HA! She was teary eyed when we dropped her off at her dorm. She loves her family. Anyway, I’m pooped out from all the festivities this weekend so I had to unpack and wash and iron today. But now I’m watching you and resting. You are so precious. Girl I also wait a few days(or week) before unpacking, but one thing I found that helps is I now do laundry the last night we are on our vacation after the kids are in bed and have everything washed and folded so once we get home it just get put away. Loved the video!

Glad the trip was fun! My wall behind my kitchen trash is horrible - magic eraser is a lifesaver! I also just purchased the O-Cedar mop and LOVE it! Oddly enough, not only did I find that it works wonders on my floors, but when I throw the mop-head up along the top portion of the base boards in the kitchen/bathroom, a little swipe across cleans those SO GOOD! It did make the wall/paint damp (I use the hot water and Pine Sol combo as well), but it dries nicely and doesn't leave any residue :)

#1- Brownies #2- Go to the movies. #3- That's hard! I love my soda! I think I would give up carbs first! Yes, the wall beside our trash can does get dirty. With three kids throwing trash AT the can, the wall does get nasty sometimes. I like to sit by my desk in our dining room when I fold clothes. Its where we keep our main computer that the kids are allowed to use. I fold clothes and watch KZbin videos. So glad you put your electronics away for your vacation. We cruised on the Disney Dream last year. My husband and I turned off our phones and tablets, and packed them away for the entire week. It was so great! I loved the fact that our family was having great quality time without all the annoying gadgets constantly trying to grab our attention. Best week ever!
