@@FootballProtocol most footballers moderate, which is what you said. They have some form of entertainement. Haaland's favorite game is Clash of Clans, and he said he would play it in his free time. Not saying its an excuse, but moderation or eliminating is key.

are you thinking about anything? The flow state is just not thinking and doing whatever your body does. That's what most players do, and what people in other sports do. You usaully get out of it once you give the ball away or realize you were in the flow state. Its so weird.
