Does level matter in this area? I’m level 80 at the moment.

Not really You can do all that with simple weapons like machete and crowbars and 2 clocks and 1 heavy damege melee Just be sure you good at wall trick and killing small zombies fast and dodging

I have a question to ask: I encounter some Spore Runners and Spreadesr, and they keep reviving. I hit them to a few HP left with guns, but they drop dead on their own. A few seconds later, they get up, fully healed, and it happens over and over again. It's extremely annoying since they keep chasing me.

if you have unlocked the oak zone you can go there with adequate equipment. but if you haven't already, you can get it from, red zone pine, watchtower near CCF and event choping oak tree. aluminum, clearing bunker alpha to get aluminum wire and then process it using a furnace. Good luck :)
