I appreciate all the videos that you make. It has helped me tremendously on my build . I am currently replacing subframe pushing, and differential bushings and service can you tell me what the two wires coming out of the differential are?

Friend eh, seen your tutorials and started my vehicle a 300zx 1992, the problem I have is that when I accelerate the machine it slows down and it starts to lower the revolutions and it pretends to want to turn off what recommendations can you give me in this regard.

First things I would look at, ohm your fuel injectors and coil packs, then look at spark plugs, from there check fuel filter. Was the fuel pump ever replaced?? Then if those all check out and are fine look for vacuum leak

Thanks, I'm changing mine right now I started tonight and I'm finishing tomorrow, your video helped me direct myself. I have almost all the bolts loosen so I don't have too long left. So far it's going well

Jeremy..... when putting the side flange (gear shaft) back in, how much effort did you have to apply to them? DId you whack it with a rubber mallet aftr popping the cir clip on it? Mine is proving a bit tough going back in after side seals replace and thought I would ask before whacking them and possibly messing something up. Kndly advise.

When it comes to the shafts once the teeth are lined up you should be able to get it pretty easily with the first set of teeth with no issue. The second set if teeth I did find pretty difficult. I use a mini sledge hammer on the middle part of the flange and that helped persuade it a bit more no problems after that. I would say make sure the locking clip on the end of the shaft is somewhat even around the end of the shaft to help make things easier it sometimes likes to get caught up

Jeremy - I wanted to follow up on this. So I found out sometheing interesting. On my 91 TT, it has the Viscous LSD. The hub axles go in differently. On the Driver side (left) with the shorter of the 2 axles, the cir clip goes on the shaft first and then you pop the hib axle in and hit it with a mallet. The right hand side (passenger) is a dfferent story. You actually have to insert the cir clip into the differential carrier first, before you insert the shaft (longer one). Had I known this earlier, I would have left the original clip in there because getting the new cir clip in was a #@!!! . Once the cir clip is in there, you simply do the same thing you did with the left side and voila. If you make the mistake of putting the cir clip on the shaft and try to bang it in on the right side, it just will not budge and you can risk damaging something. Just wanted to share in case it saves someone else the hassle. Thanks again for all the assist.

Question, did you have any vibration when you differential was leaking? I just did complete rebuild on the motor and went from na to tt. I noticed that when turning, I would get a vibration in the car. Later I realized that there is no vibration when in neutral or when the clutch is pressed. I thought the issue was in clutch or transmission but could not find anything. Then later my friend noticed the differential was leaking. So would think that would cause the vibration and would you think that differential is done? Another friend told me my power of 600hp the differential would not handle it. Honestly I haven't used all the power but twice.. so I don't know

Hey thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately I did not have any vibrations due to the leak. It could make sense that could cause vibrations if it was heating up with no fluid in it..., other than that I'd say check subframe bushing, driveshaft bushings, diff bushings, and axle play.. As for the drive shaft, it may need to be rebalanced if any of the weights were removed accidentally. Some have weights in the outside and some don't. But typically if you remove the driveshaft you should be able to just put it right back up.. I'd also do a bolt check on everything, with that much power bolts can come loose even from one pull honestly. Hope this helps and good luck!
