1. Warm Up Game
The teams make one point by dribbling inside one of the hoops and two points by throwing the ball to the basketball board and a fellow player catches the ball.
2. Wrestle Contest
Two teams in a square and one team tries to push the other players to the outside. The coach stops the time, when they are all out. The faster team wins.
3. Shot Training
1. Slap or Jumpshots with jumps on boxes
2. 1-1 move to the side of the throwing arm with contact and backcourt shot. Afterwoods a sprint
3. 2 Variants:
-A 1-1 to the side of the non-throwing arm
Fake a deep slapshot and make it over the head of the defence player
4. 1-1 Training
The players make a roll forward, pass the ball and make a move to the left/right side. After catching the ball, they do a 1-1 or backcourt shot.
5. 2-2 Training
6. Decision and Fastbreak 🏃💨
The right backcourt is doing a 1-1 move against a passive defence player and plays a 4-3 decision.
Afterwoods the pivot stays and all other defence and offence players do a 3-3 fastbreak.
