U should not compare... in america the painter will get special gas mask to protect him from chemicals, he also gets special clothing and gloves...in brotomotive they just put fingers in everything without safety gear... i am not blaming them this kind of operation is very common in India and even painters dont want that stuff to wear but humans are not ment to smell those harsh chemicals...

Wonderful work and final results. Pity all these aren't appreciated in a Cab. As in, we get no premium tariff for well-presented cars. When it comes to getting paid, we get no different than the rates for that segment. Speaking from experience of being a Rent A Car owner, have 26 Innovas in my fleet, was the first to introduce Innova V Model with ABS and Air Bags, way back in 2008. But getting paid just the same as for E and G models. Lost interest and enthusiasm in providing premium cars to clients. Appreciation is a two-way street, sadly missing in India!
