Complete JINHSI Kit Analysis & Discussion! | Wuthering Waves 1.1

There has been a change over the past week or more stating that most of Jinhsi's damage within the Forte Circuit is considered Resonance Skill damage, NOT Heavy Attack damage, as stated in the video. Also, stacking Incandescence on Jinhsi is done by dealing damage with preferably different attributes (Fusion, Electro, Glacio, etc.), which was not communicated clearly. Please understand that beta info is always subject to change prior to official release. Also, translation errors and/or late updates across several beta sources can be the reason for a mistake like this. One of the main sources we use for beta info had not yet communicated these vital changes as of late, and this particular source has always been spot on. We apologize for any confusion.

I’m not a huge fan of airborne units in practice. Like whenever you switch into Verina with her intro, being in the air makes you very vulnerable and you have to wait to hit the ground before you can properly dodge or react to the situation. Thinking about potential partners, Taoqi is an interesting choice because she has a passive skill that restores stamina so maybe between dodges and airborne attacks stamina might actually become an issue. Also Taoqi is great holder of turtle echo because her skill can heal-self which will proc healer set and she scales on defense and so does the turtle echo.

Her ability to build concerto is dogshit tho. Otherwise I'd be okay with her for skill buff but since she is impossible to build concerto fast I don't think she's great in practice

I think there may have been some updates too with some portion of her attacks in one or both of her buffed states being considered skill damage instead of basic or heavy attack damage. Definitely looking forward to her release as I love her design - started late so Jiyan and Yinlin weren't options for me to go for and it seems like Jinhsi will be a powerhouse.

yeah I would hope for a TLDR version of her rotation now that she received some updates especially her basics considered Skill damage ? something like : skill 1 > 4 basics > skill 2 > skill 3 > 4 basics > skill 4 or intro > skill 2 > skill 3 > 4 basics > skill 4 It's not the best, you can still weave in some basics, but I don't know where exactly, that's why I'm asking ..

The heavy incarnation attack has a lower scaling it’s not worth spamming by itself or you’re wasting stamin/dps

The total damage of the Basic Attack: Incarnation combo string (4 Basics) is 18,710. The total damage of 4 instances of Heavy Attack: Incarnation (since this replaces Basic Attack in the Ordination Glow state) is 14,364. So yes, the damage is lower in comparison, but if we factor in a character like Mortefi in the team, the damage of the latter attacks will increase by about 38%, turning the 14,364 average damage to 19,822 average damage. (All of these numbers are based on 1,000 ATK assuming no Crit hits.) At the end of the day, keeping Jinhsi on-field for a longer period of time or a shorter period of time really depends on your other 2 characters in the team comp. If the other 2 characters don't like a lot of field time, then using the Heavy Attack: Incarnation will be worthwhile, even without Mortefi. Just because the damage is lower at a certain point in Jinhsi's combo string doesn't mean you shouldn't play it. That would be like saying one shouldn't play Arlecchino for more than 5 seconds since her damage lessens as she loses Bond of Life. Hopefully, this sheds some light, and thanks for sparking discussion!

@@gachainteract in the incarnation state these attacks are considered skill damage so will it get dual scaling from heavy attack and skill damage?

@@ozmcsween Only the Resonance Skill within Incarnation and Ordination Glow is considered Resonance Skill DMG. The Basic Attacks in Incarnation are considered Basic ATK DMG, and the Basic Attacks in Ordination Glow are considered Heavy ATK DMG. Keep in mind, unreleased kits are STC, and so far, we aren't seeing anything stating that the damage from her Basic or Heavy Attacks is considered Resonance Skill DMG.

lots of info but once you get down to the bread and butter her kit seems pretty simple, I benched Lingyang because of his airborne attacks that just weren't for me, so I hope Jinhsi and Changli are better at it skipping Jinhsi though😂thanks for the vid🥂

Then can you please summarize her rotation in a simpler way so everyone can easily understand ? like : 4 basic > Skill > 4 Basic > Skill > switch etc ... ? can please somebody do that ?

​​@@youness42471. - Intro > Skill / 4 Basic > Skill 2. - after entering Incarnation state you can use your skill and weave basic attacks in between them so something like - Skill > 4 Basic > Skill 3. - Ordination Glow State Basic Attack Unga Bunga > Skill which activates her outro the Skill cooldown during Incarnation state and Ordination glow state is like 3 seconds that's why in Incarnation state I said you can use your skill first because you can enter the next state only after 4 Basic attacks so it's best to find a comfortable combo to make use of that I'm also pretty sure that you don't have to use her skill right after the fourth Basic attack I'm sure you can get a few extra hits in and then use her skill, idk I'm just assuming in the final state I think the only purpose of that state is to do big damage and then switch out dunno when her burst should be used but if it doesn't effect the rotation and count of Basic attacks and skills then maybe using it in either state shouldn't be a problem anyways that's how I understand everything🥂

Did they change the fact that her outro reduces that 3s cooldown per incandescence to 1s?

As of right now, that is still what her Outro does, but only for 1 second as well.
