I lost Nilou on her last rerun, but I adore Navia as she’s amazing in any catagory you can place her in, design, character, playstyle etc. Navia is an absolute pull for me and if I have leftover I’ll try Nilou again.

Two important Weapon Banner things you maybe left out: 1) Furina can use Key, and in teams where she's doing Vaporizes, it's extremely powerful on her. 2) Xiphos's Moonlight has historically appeared on the same banner as Key. Xiphos's Moonlight is an insanely good 4* sword and possibly Kazuha's general BiS. It's a very rare weapon and this might be one of the last chances to get it (since Nilou is likely to be rotating to Chronicled Wish and we have no idea if XM will reappear somewhere else).

I have both of them. They are both great, I’d say if you have Nahida, Nilou wil be better , if you don’t have Nahida then Navia id say is the better pick.

Having both of these units, this is a really hard pick for people who don’t have either. I think between the two, Navia is slightly better. Geo is often a flex unit and not a lot of things are geo immune plus and she’s probably the only claymore user I actually enjoy playing due to her high skill damage. Nilou is really good, but the problem is that she has a low floor but a high ceiling for investment and a lot more enemies can counter nilou like strong elemental shields like cryo and pyro and dendro immune enemies. Both are super strong and I don’t regret either.

Honestly, you can make a pretty good nilou team just using dendro mc, collei, and barbra, who are all free. Navia requires way more support and investment. Nilou is the easiest character in the game to get artifacts for, and they are all about to be strong boxable. Key of khaj has way more value than you're giving it. The difference between a nilou with key and without is like night and day. As for furina with key, it is basically comparable to her own or better in a lot of teams even before c6. In quickbloom teams, it buffs every character significantly. It's pretty good for vape teams, especially if furina is the one vaping. While also having the benefit of being a very good weapon for 5 different characters.

Glad you guys are covering this game too. The only two characters I don't have are Changli and Aalto, so I'm pulling no matter what. But I really need time to build my teams. I only have one team somewhat built: talents, levels, weapon and (almost) +25 echoes... up to level 70. That's Jiyan, Mortefi and Baizhi. It's a good team; Jiyan basically carries with Mortefi as the sub-DPS and then Baizhi is there for clutch heals. Team 2 in works is Calcharo, Yinlin and Verina, but I only pulled (convened?) Verina like 2 days ago, so she's nowhere near built. Then Jinshi and Changli and Taoqi are probably going to be my last team... but I need to land Changli first.

He is still mid and he just doesn't feel right in a DoT team, He is good for DoT but not better than the current supports and damage dealers we have right now and if u don't have them, Guinafen is basically Jiaoqiu but has slightly less amount of debuffs in her kit and for Acheron, Just use Pela. It just seems like he already had his role done by other characters that don't need as much investment and even then he is barely a upgrade to them

The math is pretty clear that Yoimiya, Hu Tao and Arlecchino can hit harder if you're just doing vape but no plunge. That being said I would note (as you did) that he has two good teams: ----> Diluc Plunge (Diluc, Bennett, Furina, Xianyun) is really good. I'm one-phasing Dvalin, Sacarmouche, and other open world bosses. I'm tearing up domains with it. In the Abyss... it falls off a bit, but still solid. ----> I would also point out (as you did) that Diluc burgeon teams can work well too (Diluc, Nahida, HYDRO, FLEX). But then again, I am a Diluc apologist and that should be taken with a salt lick. But you guys said it best: look at the supports he needs: Furina, Nahia, Xianyun, Bennett... these are some of the best supports in the game and they can basically make anyone good.
