Amazing, very active and smart. Just one problem by the owner. Please CLEAN YOUR WORKSHOP and give good safety to your skilled workers. Your skilled technicians are breathing in metal dust. It will destroy their lungs and you dont want that.

From other responses I heard sometimes they had no choice but need to, in order to bring money to their homes. No one is pushing them I think. No telling it is a good thing .... they have no choice and they were given the chance of working.

The lack of PPE and unsafe working practices horrifies me. This factory must have a very high injury rate. I mean, sandals and no safety goggles in a factory where there's metal and metal off cuts everywhere. The owner doesnt care about the wellbeing of his workers.

Nevermind the standards, it's still the duty of the factory owner to protect his workers. Or are they just expendable items? Your thinking is backwards.

کون سی دھات ہے جو سب سے پہلے پگھلائ جاتی ہے اور پھر اس سے شیٹس تیار کر کے پریشرککر کا نچلا حصہ اور ڈھکن تیار ہوتا ہے ؟؟ 2 ۔اس دھات کی مضبوطی کو کیسے چیک کیا جاتا ہے؟ اور کون چیک کرتا ہے ؟ 3۔ مکمل پریشر ککر کی جانچ پڑتال کون کرتا ہی ( کون پاس کرتا ہےکہ استعمال کے لیے بلکل درست ہی)
