I am just wondering how do monks heal exactly what is the mists is it spiritual/magical power that like Arcane but that heals or is it like the water shamans use to heal others with?.

@@kitten770 Everyone can read the skill description for themselves. The guide for beginners should contain how to use these skills, in what situations, how to combine them, what to pay attention to. I still don't think it's a guide.
