An included Limiter would be great. You can use the Precision Channel Strip as a limiter if you'd like, though. Push the compressor's ratio up to around 12:1 and viola, a limiter. :) Cheers!

I am jus seeing this video, you mentioned 2 guitar tracks. 2 mics on the guitar, or 2 takes, from the look of the audio file, 2 mics one take?

Good demo though John Doe could use a bit of Auto tune or Melodyne.
