It's professional, but not very good thing to do. It's just a cement mix, wasn't vibrated enough to remove all air bubbles, not enough heat for mixture to harden and pressure to seal everything well enough. You can't really pressure wash a driveway like that, you can't expect it to last long in climate that has winter or rain. But most importantly, you can't easily repair the surface if something needs to be fixed or corrected. Paving is the only option, last long and it's cheaper as it doesn't require all the equipment that guy use.

Hey, little tip for you. With that jackhammer, just hammer in one spot for about 3 seconds, go over 4 inches and repeat. Then go down the line doing that and come back going in between those spots (making it 2 inch spacing when done) and soon it will break in a line. You may have to break that up into section because they will be heavy unless you use your skid steer to lift it. I learned this and it is so much easier and you can even use those concrete sections to build a wall. It is the same principle as scoring glass in a line to break it.

Whoever did my driveway when I built my house put a sealer on it. First winter was unreal. Keep in mind the driveway was 35 feet wide by 55 feet long and on a bit of a slope toward the road. I Went to shovel the accumulated snow/ice off from neglecting to clean it...the first push I took with a metal shovel broke nearly the entire driveway free in one sheet. Nothing stuck to it. I was absolutely amazed lol...from there it was just shoveling the chunks onto the grass.

Man that brings me back. I did concrete for many years, started as a laborer/ dump truck driver then worked my way up to finisher. I did most of the stamping and Ashlar Slate stamp on gray concrete and slate gray release was kind of our go-to. Your guys have it easy, we didn't use pump trucks, just wheelbarrows or power buggies for the concrete and wheelbarrows for the gravel. I noticed that you guys pour loose. Was that like a 5" slump?. The fiberglass is cool. I've been out of the industry for a while and that is the first time I've seen that. I have had an office job for many years and kind of miss the physical labor.
